All PAVIK products are custom-printed on demand by our manufacturing partner, PrintWear. Because each item is uniquely made for you, standard returns are not accepted for change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.
Misaligned, smudged, faded, or incorrect prints
You received a different product, color, or size than what you ordered
Item arrived torn, stained, or visibly damaged due to shipping
Fabric flaws, holes, or stitching issues that existed before delivery
Decided you don't want the product after ordering

Minor differences between screen display and actual print are normal
Damage caused after use, washing, or improper care
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue.
Share clear photos of the defect, your order number, and a brief description.
Our team reviews your claim within 24 hours. If approved, a replacement is shipped free of charge.
